Ways to reach Portblair
Flights are certainly faster, more comfortable and therefore the preferred option.
Ships, although seem cheaper, are general passenger ships and are more troublesome than they initially seem. Ships take about 3-4 days to reach Port Blair.
It looks amazing when you take an aerial view of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The best way to capture some nice aerial views of the island from the air .
2. Kalapather beach (Havelock Island).

Havelock is a picturesque natural paradise with beautiful white sandy beaches, rich coral reefs and lush green forest. It is one of the populated islands in the Andaman group with an area of 113 sq. km. and is located 39 km of north-east of Port Blair.
3. Scuba diving in Northbay Island.
North Bay Island is one among the best locations around Port Blair for scuba diving.
Visit this island if you love water sports.

4. Vijay nagar beach ( Havelock Island).
The exceptionally beautiful and mystifying Vijaynagar Beach is perched on the well-known Havelock Island. This pristine beach is at just 38 kilometers of distance from Port Blair.

5. Radha Nagar beach ( Havelock Island)
Radha Nagar beach is a matchless spot for all the travelers in quest of solace and nature's exquisitenes.This was my most fav place on the island. It’s easily accessible by road, though it was a little far from our resort. It’s fairly large beach, especially compared to the other.
6. Ross Island .
Ross Island is an island of the Andaman Islands. It belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.[6] the island is lying 3 km (2 mi) east from downtown Port Blair.
7. Snorkeling in Elephanta beach & North bay island.

North Bay island is a popular destination in Port Blair. The beach and the snorkelling opportunities in its fringing coral reefs are the closest ones you will find at Port Blair.
Snorkel pristine and undamaged reefs, right off white sandy beaches. The beach here offers calm blue crystal clear shallow waters and is an amazing spot for snorkelers.

One among the most preferred way to travel to different islands. Fast connectivity and more organised way of travelling provides customers a good experience. The cruises take almost 90 minutes to reach Havelock Island from Port Blair and vice versa. From Neil(another island in Andaman archipelago),the cruises take around 60 Minutes to reach Havelock Island. 3 different classes such as Premium, Deluxe and Royal exists in these cruises.
